Terms and conditions:

   1     When making a booking in order to secure your booking a 50% deposit of your full amount            is need to be paid up front, once this is has been paid only then will your booking be                      confirmed.

   2     A refundable R 1000 breakage/key deposit per booking is required to be paid upon arrival                with the balance of the booking.

   3     Any Cancellations of your booking once confirmed will result in loss of money, no refunds.

   4     Check in time is anything after 13:00 and Check out time is strictly 09:00 am, a R 200 per            hour or part thereof, fine will be levied for any departure after 9:00 am.

   5     Laundry can be done at R 150 a small basket and R 200 per Large basket and paid up                    front. Baskets then to be placed by front door of suite.

   6     ​No loud music, fireworks, drugs or loud noise is tolerated on the property.

   7     All facilities are for our guests only and therefore no visitors are allowed.

   8     Parking area is exclusive for the parking of guest vehicles. Friends picking up guests are                not permitted on the premises.

   9     Any items missing or broken will be charged for , including mattress and sheets if ironing is            done on them, an ironing board and iron is provided.

 10     House Pride - Dirty dishes left on the day of departure will be charged at R 100 per suite                against your breakage/key deposit ,a request in advance to Management can be made for              dishes to be washed at R 50 per suite and payable in advance but no later than the specific            morning.
